11 Tips FOR BETTER LIVING

0. The cleaner you eat, the more you get used to itans the more sensitive you become to processed foods and additives. 

1. Regular exercising is known for training the body for a healthier life, feeding the mind is needed too. So more exercising and books,  and less TV and laziness!

2. Try adding some flavour to your water with natural ingredients like fruits, veggies and herbs.

3.Green tea is loaded with antioxidants, and greens juices are a great way to get your daily dose of veggies and fruits.

4. Stretching helps relieve tension and decreases the negative impact of being slightly immobile.

5. Always be grateful, it gives you perspective of what really matters .

6. Taking a few minutes to relax and wlear your mind can help you de-stress and regain focus.

7. They say laughter is the best medicine right?

8. Not getting enough sleep can really sabotage your day and health. At least 8 hours of sleep is recommended.

9. Taking between 9 and 10 thousand steps a day is good to cleanse the body from toxins, try to take the stairs instead of the escalators, walk when possible annd just stay active.
